Privacy Policy
How Stefitness collects, uses and looks after your personal information.
This privacy policy sets out how Stefitness uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
Health data
When starting a program with us, we may collect and store data about your name, health, age, fitness level and other medical conditions. This information is required for us to tailor a fitness plan to your circumstances.
Contact forms
When you contact us through the site we collect the data shown in the contact form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
Memberships and payments
Online memberships are managed through our course platform, which handles account creation, sign-in and payment processing on our behalf. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
Retention
When you place an order through the site, we will retain your personal information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. For more information on your right of erasure, please see the ‘Your rights’ section below.
Your rights
Your personal information will be initially processed in Australia. From time to time we may use third-party online payment providers for us to be able to provide you with the products and services you have purchased. Some of these third-party payment providers may process some of your personal information outside of Australia for the purpose of providing the services.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you (also known as the ‘Right to Know’), to port it to a new service, and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or erased. You also have the right to ask which third-party payment processing providers we use for processing your payments. If you would like to exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below.
Do not track
Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
Changes and contact
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
For more information about our privacy practices, if you have questions, or if you would like to make a complaint, please contact us by e-mail at hello@stefitness.com.au.
Note for Steph: this page carries across the substance of your existing policy, with the Webflow/Memberstack references replaced by neutral wording. Once the new platform is live, please have it checked so the named providers are accurate.
